A quick inspection and the problem with the garage door opener was located. The connection between the trolley and the arm was broken, causing a real ruckus when attempting to move the garage door. We replaced the broken connection, then lubricated the arm drive of the garage door opener for better and smoother movement. In addition, we applied lubrication to the gear drive of the opener and rearranged the wiring inside the case to prevent potential wear.
